Rates & Fees
Full Disclosure of Terms
The Truth in Lending Act makes it a legal requirement that all fees and rates applying to a loan be disclosed in full. This is the obligation of the loan provider before you accept taking out the loan. When you accept the loan terms, most loan providers will forward you to an e-signature page on their website to enable you to complete of the loan application. Ensure you read and understand your loan agreement before giving your signature.
Late Payment Policy
Separate lenders will differ in the policy they apply to late payments. Carefully review the late payment policy as it is applicable to your loan (it will be contained in the loan agreement) before you sign it. Every lender in our network is obligated to follow all relevant laws, regulations and rules regarding the fees charged for late payment.
Non-payment Policy
If you get into a position where you cannot repay the loan, further fees or charges are like to apply. At we make every possible effort to co-operate only with lenders that are well-thought-of and use fair, lawful and reasonable means to work at collecting overdue repayments.
Loan Renewal Policy
State law governs policies regarding loan renewal. In those states loan renewals are legally allowed, additional interest and late fees can push up the amount of your final loan greatly and you should try to avoid this if possible. Read the lender's terms regarding renewal carefully before you sign off on the loan agreement.
